Had a great experience with Artem V the tech that came out to fix the heating element in my Whirlpool dishwasher. Booking the appointment was easy and the tech showed up on time and professional. I received an estimate ahead of time and service was great.
Oleksander was able to visit earlier than our originally scheduled appointment, which was a very considerate change for me on a busy day. He diagnosed my problem very quickly, and had the part available to immediately resolve the issue. He also ran a test to verify all was well with my washer. My AC stopped cooling, and these guys saved the day! Called in the morning — by early afternoon two techs were at my house. In same day they found the issue (fault electronic control board) and fixed everything for a great price. Fast, honest, and professional. I highly recommend Excellence HVAC & Appliance Repair and will stay with them in the future!
Oleg B arrived early to our Fri appointment for diagnostics. He quickly found what parts were needed gave us an estimate we found reasonable. He provided that he would be able to come Tuesday. Saturday evening we get a text parts are in. Can I put it in now? He came and was done in less than an hour. And.this was not a simple job. He knew what he was doing and was courteous and professional in every way.
I give Oleksandr a 10 and 5 stars as he was very professional, courteous and efficient. However, I think the labor charge was out of line considering the job took about 30 min! I agreed to the amount beforehand thinking the icemaker motor installation would take at least 2 hrs. He was here for approximately 30 min! Not sure I would use the company again.
