Had a great experience with Artem V the tech that came out to fix the heating element in my Whirlpool dishwasher. Booking the appointment was easy and the tech showed up on time and professional. I received an estimate ahead of time and service was great.
This is the second time I have used Excellence Appliance Repair. The first time my washing machine was going out. Oleg was honest and told me that he could repair it but by the time he changed out the parts and charged me for his labor it would be more expensive than a new washing machine. Oleksander was able to visit earlier than our originally scheduled appointment, which was a very considerate change for me on a busy day. He diagnosed my problem very quickly, and had the part available to immediately resolve the issue. He also ran a test to verify all was well with my washer. My AC stopped cooling, and these guys saved the day! Called in the morning — by early afternoon two techs were at my house. In same day they found the issue (fault electronic control board) and fixed everything for a great price. Fast, honest, and professional. I highly recommend Excellence HVAC & Appliance Repair and will stay with them in the future!
