Robert Santos, owner of Excellence Hardwood Flooring, promised that he could rebuild my front porch. Instead, Robert stole my money when he collected $800 and never came back. Robert Santos avoided my calls and refused to refund my money. After taking the $800 deposit, Robert Santos, or Excellence Hardwood Flooring, never came back.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!- We are taking them to court for damage to the floor they installed. They damaged the floors with their own equipment and missed the installation of some molding. They promised to return and fix the damage and never showed both times we took off from work and waited for them. They do no return calls. The promised a refund that we have never received.
