Desperate Bait-and-Switch Operation Dr. Sylvester runs a desperate bait-and-switch operation masquerading as an optometry clinic. They quoted me a straightforward price, only to double it weeks later with the pathetic excuse that the original quote "didn't include frames." Total garbage. Both she and her miserable staff have lied to my face on multiple occasions to cover their tracks. If I could, I would give them 10 out of 5 stars! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made the whole experience so comfortable and stress-free for my 7-year-old while getting his eyes checked and choosing his glasses. Dr. Amy Sylvester is wonderful with kids — she takes the time to explain everything clearly and is so patient, caring, and empathetic. If you’re looking for excellent eye care, I highly recommend this center.

I had such a great experience here. Dr. Sylvester took so much time and care to explain my eye exam. She was so reassuring and wrote me out a personalized care plan to treat my dry eyes. She addressed all my questions and concerns in a way that was easy to understand. I learned a lot during my visit. The office is very clean with state of the art equipment. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. The young lady who performed some of the tests was lovely. I highly recommend this eye clinic.
