One expects a doctor to be professional & Dr. Shylesh was certainly thorough & highly professional. What stood out most, however, was his empathy throughout the entire process. Since I was travelling, he took extra time & care to complete the treatment within the required timeframe. He also remained available to address any doubts or queries even after the surgery. Overall, it was a really positive experience!!
Dr Shylesh Shetty treated my complex periapical cyst / abscess via a root canal procedure. Tho the procedure was an hour long - it was painless !! Dr Shylesh was very gentle and there was absolutely no discomfort. Great experience at Excellence Dental! Thank you Dr Shylesh !! Padma Raghu
