This company treated me with no respect they overcharged me for hidden fee and they said tips were not included that they needed to add 20% to the tips I think that’s up to customers
Read and listen to reviews, I tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt as this was my first time with the company and the experience could not have been worse, my house was left smelling like smoke after they left and nobody in my house smoke, service was below average and Francesca was very disrespected and unprofessional
Horrible experience, Francesca Ortega came to my house smelling like poop, I didn’t think anything at first but dam I couldn’t handle the smell after 15 mins. She mentioned something about forgetting to take her medication (don’t know what that is supposed to mean) but she even tried to using dirty supplies to clean my house. Unacceptable, unprofessional and disgusting, the one who needed a real cleaning is her. There is no excellence in this company and they are no pro’s in cleaning anything. This lady (the owner) had the nerve to come to my house and not only ask if she can use my cleaning supplies but also my cleaning tools as well… I let it slide but then 1hr later I see people arriving to my house on my ring camera so I thought that was her help but not at all she called her friends and they were all hanging out in my back yard and not cleaning. Not professional, no pride in what they do, I don’t even know what cleaning I paid for since only did bits and pieces on areas of house, high hidden fees, this lady is not honest and even tried flirting with my husband. I was forced to kick her out of my house, how dare you and truthfully my house is more of a mess now then before she came. You can get a child to do a better job than this lady, such a shame. They need to shut her company now
Worse service ever, false advertisement and very rude and disrespectful. Insulted me and demanded extra money as a tip after only doing a portion of what she was already paid for and never completed full job. Dishonest, not good at all for cleaning and not transparent what so ever, will be reporting to BBB. I don’t recommend this company to anyone, stay away, what a waste of money. I feel like I got scammed, she came to my home mostly to be on her phone
AVOID BY ANY MEANS!!! Ice should be called on this woman, Spanish racist with no legal status in our country and acts like she’s American which is the least of it. I contracted (Pancha) to clean my house which she did a terrible job and only offered to do what she was originally contracted to do if I paid more money and then also stole a bag of dog food and said she never seen it when she was caught on camera putting it in her car.
