The house smells so fresh, and everything is shiny and ready to move in! Francesca and her team are honest and upfront with communication from the initial estimate to the finished job. After trying a few other cleaning services we tried Excellence and I’m so glad that we did! The booking process was thorough but very easy. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and the communication was great. The cleaning was top tier and very very thorough. Pricing is on par with others but the outcome is significantly better. Very professional and great service.
The things they cleaned were very well done. They did miss some specific things I asked for and did not do some specific things that most cleaners do, like make the beds and wash dishes. Otherwise, very good deep clean. I do not recommend them for carpet cleaning. It looks better, but not clean.
The team at Excellence Cleaning Pros did an amazing job cleaning our home and carpet. I appreciate how they communicated clearly, were upfront with the cost of services, and provided updates, estimated arrival times etc. They worked efficiently and well. Overall, we're very satisfied with their professionalism. Highly recommend this business.
Highly Recommended! I had to book a last-minute moving cleaning with a very tight schedule, but they were incredibly flexible and accommodating from the start. The two cleaners who came to my home were amazing—they worked non-stop and were remarkably fast and efficient. Because of my move, I actually had to leave the house before they finished.
