My car broke down at my daughter's school this morning and the tow truck driver suggested I take it to Excellence Auto Service on El Cajon Blvd. Before we left the school the driver cleaned my battery and it started. I drove to the suggested shop behind the tow truck They ran a "free test" and the result was I needed a new alternator, battery and oil change totaling $667.
