My Mom was discharged from a rehab facility on Friday. A hour after discharge my sister who lives with her burned her hand badly. I cannot praise this company enough for their exceptional response to my crisis call for help for my Mom. They had a aide there the next morning, Shawn was extremely comforting to my Mother and helped her every step of the way combat her anxiety at being moved from her bed to wheelchair. You're not getting a raise no matter what they tell you, You NOT GETTING A RAISE. No overtime, unless it's when they call and where they want to send you and that maybe 20-30 mile, no pay for mileage, no benefits, no respect and they are very unprofessional. I can't agree more! I chose Excellacare sight unseen for my mom's therapy after her stay at a nursing home. The nurses and therapists were outstanding...always timely and professional. Also, very caring and courteous. Treated my mother like gold! I can't imagine using any other company but them.

Excellacare was there when I needed them! There staff were kind,courteous and compationate. My family and I would recommend them without hesitation! There nurses and therapists were professional and helped my mother recover. There aides made her day to day recovery much easier on her and us!
