I am writing this to warn other families regarding Excell Home Care, Inc. Our family has experienced severe clinical neglect, patient abandonment, and highly deceptive administrative practices from this agency. They completely failed to provide doctor-ordered daily wound care visits, physical therapy, and critical medical equipment (DME), resulting in an acute medical crisis where the patient was hospitalized. Scheduling nightmare. They were supposed to come once a day to monitor my mom's wound and change the bandages. A nice guy showed up once and everything else has been terrible trying to get anyone to co.e back. They schedule and then don't show up. Not impressed and I don't think they understand the magnitude or importance of treating a wound for a diabetic!
