I am agree with most the comments about being unprofessional. Excell Home Care customer services and scheduling personal iare horrible. They lie all the time if you call for a service, they said and I quote "...we will give you a call back with updated..." Good luck with that, they never call you back. Nurse Carlos is nice and professional, but the administration of the group is very neglecting about the elderies. Very disappointed.
If I could give less than 1 star I would but I have to give one star to be able to post a review. This company has been really unprofessional and neglected my mother (a 85 yr old who recently had a foot amputated) wound care. They take forever to answer the phone but the worse is that no nurse has shown all this week. Leading to an infection for not taking care of the wound. Also the sane happened o. Thanksgiving. I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the lack of physical and occupational therapy services for my 91-year-old mother, who recently suffered a lumbar fracture. She was referred to your company by Kaiser Permanente for these services. A nurse conducted an assessment over a week ago, but since then, we have not received any visits from a physical therapist or an occupational therapist. My nurse Don Deserves five stars He's very good at what he does and he's very good on explaining the process of healing and bandage changing he definitely is a great nurse. He's definitely an asset to excel medical.
