I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the lack of physical and occupational therapy services for my 91-year-old mother, who recently suffered a lumbar fracture. She was referred to your company by Kaiser Permanente for these services. My nurse Don Deserves five stars He's very good at what he does and he's very good on explaining the process of healing and bandage changing he definitely is a great nurse. He's definitely an asset to excel medical.
This is horrible business! They don’t have a schedule for costumers and they lies you in the face! They are not professional at all and they do very bad business! It’s a nightmare working with them! Stay away from them!
Very unprofessional business they got credit for days they didn’t come out which is theft they order things I never instructed them too they act like we as customers work for them I will be looking into suing this company
Adalyn Labit is an excellent and very professional nurse. Adalyn was my nurse for almost seven weeks. She cured my wound when got really irritated, she knew exactly what to do then. Adalyn Labit aside from being a professional nurse is also a very kind person. She really and genuinelly cares about her patients, I saw that when I was worried or in pain.
