We enquired about a dome cover, only to be told we had to pay half the cost before they put the order in, then pay balance before it left factory in China. Problem was that they refused to send anyone to measure up, (suburban Melbourne ) so we could get the correct one. It took 8 months & countless emails to China for us to finally get someone from Dandenong to come out to measure up. Do not ever use these people. They installed my roof and it is leaking everywhere! They rushed the job and completely ruined it. I asked them to fix it and they won't answer my calls or messages. They're ignoring me and not fixing the problems at all. They want to charge me more money to fix the problem. This business is an absolute disgrace! Very very bad! I repeat, do not use them!
