Oh how I love coming to Exceldent early on a Monday morning lol. Definitely a way better dental office than Crown Dentistry in Natomas, oh my bad did I actually type that, oops! Dr. G and Jessica H. definitely took great care of me! Very friendly staff, nice clean office, good music. They even had a cool device to let me watch TV during my treatment! I highly recommend this dental office!
Highly recommend this place! I was super nervous going in for a tooth extraction and a root canal, but from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. They were so warm and welcoming. The dentist and team were absolutely amazing—gentle, patient, and professional. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, which truly surprised me given how anxious I was. I’m so grateful I chose this office. They’re the best!
Dr. Guerra and his team are the best! I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, but they completely changed that for me. Everyone is super friendly, gentle, and professional. I trust them so much I bring my whole family here now. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel this comfortable. So glad we found them !!!! highly recommend
I received a bill from this office 50.00, but I have never been there nor have I requested to be seen. When I called to explain the situation, I encountered a rude staff member who told me that if I didn't make an appointment, then who did? How can I be charged for services I never received? I forwarded this to an attorney and my insurance for investigation. This feels like a SCAM.
