Maybe Locally Owned but your treated Like a Number! Having spent a vast majority of my life in Bike Shops, I have experienced both Good and Bad Bike Shops. I have found that there are ones with Bad Mechanics and Poor Customer Service. There are ones with Poor Mechanics but Good Customer Service, and then there ones who have Good Mechanics and Poor Customer Service. The Later typically fall under the category of the Arrogant Bike.
