This is the slowest emergency room! Just 2 of us waiting to be seen more people left then any of us 2 getting back there
The place is slow been here for over 7 hours for an urgent appendix removal and still never got to me. Definitely will not be coming back.
I was in and out within less than 2 hours which I consider to be very good for an ER visit and x-rays.
I have been on hold waiting to transfer to the Emergency Room Customer Service has me hold for past 20 minutes and never came back on line to ask me to continue to hold. I ask the hospital administration why are they treating family members of patients that are in the emergency room, with such disregard. I don't honestly trust the care that this hospital is providing. My loved one is a senior citizen with prostate cancer Thanks for the direct disregard Excella Westmoreland, Greensburg, PA.
