I have been on hold waiting to transfer to the Emergency Room Customer Service has me hold for past 20 minutes and never came back on line to ask me to continue to hold. I ask the hospital administration why are they treating family members of patients that are in the emergency room, with such disregard. I could not say better things about my experience here Thursday morning. I came in just before 7am unable to walk, with a fever, throwing up, shaking from chills, and in the worst pain of my life. They took me back to a bed immediately. They had about 5 people in my room right away- taking my blood, getting background information, getting me warm blankets, already ordering tests, and comforting me. Seen very quickly, all of the staff was very nice and helpful
I stayed here for a while and it wasn't bad but when I left they didn't give me my clothes. They told me that I was responsible for coming back and picking up my own clothes. Meanwhile I was in another hospital facility the whole time so 30 days has passed and they threw my stuff in the dumpster real nice Hospital.
