Unless you want to become permanently disabled avoid this office. Drive to Pittsburgh. They can not manage to order appropriate testing for patient complaints. So they let the patient pay additional copays for test on unrelated areas of the body until they figure where the nerves to your hands come from. RUN!!!!! GET PROPER CARE.
I want to start by saying that I absolutely love Dr. Ponterio. He is the only reason I’ve stayed with this practice as long as I have and I think he’s a top notch physician who anyone would be lucky to see. Unfortunately, I never recommend anyone to him because of the hellscape that is this practice. The reviews don’t do it justice. I had left this practice before because of the way it was ran and chose to come back when they got new doctors in that I had heard great things about. This is the most horrible place I've been calling this office for a week and nobody answers the phones I've left numerous messages on every option they have and still nothing ... I've been going here for years and it's always been like this ... I've watched ppl walk in there and complained to them that they have been out of meds for days and nobody wants to answer the phones to fill the meds... my opinion they just want u to die...
Scheduling is a nightmare.
