I want to start by saying that I absolutely love Dr. Ponterio. He is the only reason I’ve stayed with this practice as long as I have and I think he’s a top notch physician who anyone would be lucky to see. Unfortunately, I never recommend anyone to him because of the hellscape that is this practice. The reviews don’t do it justice. This is the most horrible place I've been calling this office for a week and nobody answers the phones I've left numerous messages on every option they have and still nothing ... I've been going here for years and it's always been like this ... I've watched ppl walk in there and complained to them that they have been out of meds for days and nobody wants to answer the phones to fill the meds... my opinion they just want u to die...
Scheduling is a nightmare.
I have been calling for 2 months to schedule an appointment since the last on I cant get anyone to call me back or get ahold of. Anyone for refills
I have never written a review or felt the need to write a review until having experience with this practice. I have tried to call and make several appointments with this place, I always get an answering machine and never get a call back. I have left several messages with no call back.
