Giving 1 star because the office staff is who you encounter most. I will say the doctors at this location are nothing short of amazing. The staff, more specially Louisa has no compassion, no understanding, no willingness to help. Only to get you off of the phone. I am unable to walk due to a fluid build up in my knee (I am an existing patient) there is nothing they can do to help me before October. I am very impressed with the whole sequence starting with my initial visit to the continual check in after surgery via the GetWell Loop. In addition to an excellent surgeon, the Nurse Navigator concept was something that I thought was outstanding!
