been a patient for 10+ years, made an appt and they cancelled on me the day before the appt due to the fact that doctor was needed at another office all day- no care about the actual patients scheduled to see the doctor that day. The earliest they could get me in was over a week later, keeping in mind this was a time sensitive appt! I chose to go with another office from now on, extremely disappointed in the lack of concern for their patients when cancelling on them with less than 24 hour notice. This was my first appointment here for an obgyn appointment/ scheduling an ultrasound *I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my first pregnancy*. I had Ashley and she's amazing! Super nice and down to earth. She explained everything we were going to do for my first appointment; I really appreciate that since I struggle with anxiety/ wasn't sure how this appointment would go.. My wife went there for her appointment a day ago, and before they even told her anything, they asked her if she wanted to finish her appointment, because they were referring her elsewhere, due to the fact that her bmi was high. And on top of that they gave her a different due date every time she went. Absolutely horrible. The right hand clearly doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…
Stacy who does the ultrasounds was amazing! She was thorough and fast. 10/10 experience 😊
I was surprised after reading reviews and didn't know what too expect. I am a first time patient here. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Ms. Palko was so professional and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was seen promptly. I highly recommend them.
