I have been going there for years. This last time, Emily was so rude and condescending that I actually stood up and walked out. I will not be going back. No one should have to put up with that at a gyno office, ever.

First pregnancy & first appointment, so I was clueless to the steps/protocol… Upon check in, it seemed as if I was a complete nuisance that a lot of my information had changed- it has been 10+ years since I’ve been to this office… Instead of explaining things to me, I felt forced to have to do exams (when I thought I was there for an ultrasound to make sure everything is where it’s supposed to be- nope… just the “normal routine swab”, yay) I asked if it was absolutely necessary and I was just told yes. All are nice except for one probably an LPN, at suite 1 the one calling the patients. She came out to call her patient, I approached her to ask where the information is because I need to pick up my doctor’s excuse. She RUDELY told me in not so good tone “I’m busy with a patient, just go to one of the rooms and ask them there.” And I heard her say to the patient I’m sorry about that.”
