Comes across as arrogant and not really interested. Passed me off to his "interns" and stopped following my case. Save yourself some time - look elsewhere

I saw Dr. Gillman for severe nighttime breathing issues due to a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. The surgery went great, and my issue was fixed with no complications. I had consulted with four other ENT physicians over the years about this issue and he was the only one that I felt comfortable undergoing surgery with after the appointment. I would highly recommend him for nasal surgery.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Dr. Brancolini as well as his staff. He has helped me manage my pain and I am so greatfull to him. Thank you Dr. Brancolini. You are the best.

Dr. Gillman came highly recommended. He fit us into his busy office and surgery schedule within ten days of my daughter's injury. He was patient, a great listener, related well to both my teen daughter and to me, was punctual and thoroughly explained details on our level of understanding. My daughter's nose looks exactly like it did prior to her injury and she no longer snores as she had pre injury. Highly recommend

Dr Cortazzo told me it doesn’t matter that we don’t know what’s wrong with me and that I’m fat. It DOES matter what’s wrong— it’s the whole reason I went to see her. And fat? She didn’t bother to note at all that I’ve lost 80 pounds in the last couple years. I know I’m still a bit overweight, but really? Dr Cortazzo made me feel small and stupid.

Dr. Gillman was kind and diligent. I had seen other ENTs about my deviated septum but he was the only one to examine it for the cause of my blocked nasal passage. He optimized my breathing with the least invasive process. He truly knows what he is doing and has the patient's health and best interest in mind.

Took my 80+ year old mother in for an initial appointment and waited in an exam room for 45 min without anyone checking in. We ended up having to leave without seeing anyone due to my mother being in such discomfort. How could a neurology office, where most patients are in pain and possibly a struggle just to make it in for an appointment, then make them wait??? just plain sadistic. From now on, I will always use the extra gas and use UPMC or AGH for specialty care for my family.

Unbelievably horrible experience. The worst doctor I've ever encountered. I was experiencing some hair loss postpartum. I went to Dr. English to get a professional opinion. He took one visual look at my scalp and diagnosed me with a very rare, permanent and serious hair loss disease. Zero testing, no labs, no biopsy. Just threw out this devastating diagnosis like it was the common cold and offered to start injection therapy right there on the spot. Thank goodness my husband and I were trying to conceive again so I declined t... read more
