Dr Eicher takes all the time she needs to explain and examine. She is so very caring and capable and dealt with my husband very compassionately! You would serve yourself or your loved one well by choosing her.
I really don't want to give any stars to this office. I have called several times in a few weeks last month, you always have to leave a message and they never return your calls. My husband got a referral to them and we leave messages so that we can make an appt and they are very rude and don't return calls. We won't be going there. It's ridiculous that you always have to leave a message and don't pick up a phone there at all, it immediately goes to voicemail after maybe the first ring. Pathetic!!! Extremely smart. Saw me for the first time and questioned the accuracy of a 6 year diagnosis of CIDP. Reviewed previous nerve conduction studies compared them with ones she ordered which confirmed I was previously misdiagnosed! Stopped IVIG infusions i’d been getting every few weeks for 6 years! Ordered my port removed! Very personable and kind!
