Staff is very rude. And Unhelpful.
Dr Catalano was friendly, but I was only seen one time.. shortly after I had an episode of bad migraines that put me in the ER. I was to follow up with my neurologist.. I called the office for weeks. Nobody answered nor returned my calls. I called 10 times on different occasions for weeks. I then ran out of my migraine medication and they would not refill because I had not been seen.. but they wouldn’t answer the phone or call me to see me.
