New patient. Came in 20min early for my appointment, as requested by staff. Waited in a freezing cold, ac blowing on high, room. My appointment was with Doctor Megan Cunningham Grandalski, and I ultimately left since my appointment was for 10:30am, came in at 10:10am to complete paperwork, and was never seen by 11:20am. That's rude, and unprofessional. Patients arrive on time, and early, there should be some sort of bar to uphold when seeing these patients in a timely manner.
I have a lot of things wrong with me and Dr. Cole is on top of it like nobody's business. I'd recommend him to anyone
Dr Cole is amazing! Takes his time and an extremely great listener. It’s so hard to find such a great doctor now days. Highly recommend. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
