I would not recommend Dr. Bosley or her staff at all. I called over a month ago for an appointment and had to leave a message. I was warned in the message not to keep calling as that would delay their response time. The message said they would call back in 48 hours. It's been almost a month now and they NEVER did call me back. This is so irresponsible and nonprofessional.
I came in as a new patient. When I got to my appointment, I was surprised to find that the office had me down as needing to see the doctor for dizziness, because that had absolutely nothing to do with why I was there. It took me several minutes to convince the doctor that wasn't why I was there. Unfortunately, I was at the tail end of a chronic cough due to bronchitis and that was in my chart from another Independence doctor, so she immediately jumped on that and decided that was why I was must be there. Rushed in then she didn't even look at my son all though we were referred to her. Told me that she does nothing on kids til they have strep a certain amount of times. Hmm that's why we were there. Then had us leave sign a release. Mind you I waited 6mths for the appt. Rushed out didn't hear from them til this past Dec I called them.
