I called this office for a 2nd opinion with Dr Bosley, but she wasn’t available, so I had Dr Klingensmith. Had I read the reviews first, I would not have gone. He didn’t have the time of day for me. He literally told me I wasted my time making the trip in, if he would have received my files in time, before just reading them 5 min before he came in, he would have told me not to come. Staff was very nice. I don’t hear syllables the way they r spoken to me. Putting me in a room where there was no sound in the background didn’t do my testing correctly. That’s when I have trouble hearing what people say and don’t understand what they’re saying. but I was told that I don’t need hearing aids so what is the problem with my hearing if I can’t hear what people are saying correctly? The testing did not do anything to help my problem with my hearing.
Dr. Bosely is exceptionally skilled, professional and friendly. I highly recommend.
The absolute worst workplace I’ve ever experienced. Pretentious managers who act as though they’re more important than anyone else. So unprofessional. I’ve been in the medical field for a little while. Having just came from running a pet wellness center, I opted to go back into people medicine because the economy is really hard on vet medicine right now.
