I purchased a patio door in 2016 from Matt at Excel, because he sold us on a triple pane door with a lifetime warranty. In 2020/2021, we had to have Excel out to service the door lock on the door, and they had to replace it with one in a different color. Love my new front door! Matt is a great salesman who knows his products front to back. He was super helpful and patient choosing the best design for us. My wife and happy with our choices. Installation was great and painless. Steve cleaned up after his installation and made sure my children stayed clear of the work area. Couldn’t recommend this company anymore.

I scheduled an appointment with Excell Windows to provide me with an estimate, the sales associate was professional, provided an estimate and I agreed with their price, I was then contacted by Excell Windows a a final measurement could be completed and an email confirmation was sent, the guy arrived to do the measurements, and took my deposit check of 1,000.
