I was so pleased to meet AJ today, when he came to repair our window. Many thanks for your help.
I called and spoke with Chris about a window in my basement that water was coming in around. They came out the next day only to find it wasn’t even a window problem. The wall was leaking in a joint outside. After the water test was complete Micah came out the following day and resealed the joint and after the storms it didn’t leak for the first time in two year of fighting with the home warranty company. Thank you all so much.

Craftsmen (4) came to house were very efficient & knowledgeable. Existing door was removed and new door installed in no time one guy carrying materials, & tools in & out. One measure & explanation of how door was going to look. One gentleman was working on hardware other was putty nails & staples another cleaning up hauling debris out. It was all done cleaned up. Window one craftsman came later he was done very quickly. I wrote out check & he left also... quality work reasonably priced...thank you Excel Window & Door
The gentleman working on my home went above and beyond! They took the time to explain repairs and things I should do to maintain my windows. They replaced window trim that was rotten and even replaced a piece that was not on the estimate because it was the right thing to do. I appreciated that they took the time to do it right. They found a window hardware piece that was broken and have ordered it. I highly recommend this company!!
