My son had a severe ear pain and we rushed to this urgent care. He was wrongly diagnosed as external ear infection. He was given a prescription for ear drops. Later that night the pain was worse than before and we went to our regular doctor next morning and she said his ear drum had ruptured and it was an internal infection and he needed oral antibiotics.
