I went back the second day, on a Sunday, after walking In the day before to ask about office hours, insurance and payment methods. From the get-go I felt at ease. I needed to get X-rays of my rib to rule out a fracture. For a $50 co-pay, I did not hesitant to wait the estimated 1 and 1/2 hours. My daughter received excellent care at Excel Urgent Care of Howard Beach. We did not have to wait long to be seen. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The doctor was very attentive to my daughter’s concerns. Overall it was a positive experience.
