Edit to previous posting: The site did finally refund us our money.
We will never use this place again. Their overseas billing department triple-charged me when I called in a payment, and even after requesting and receiving screenshots of my account with the three identical charges, as well as other requested pieces of info, such as my bank transaction ID numbers, etc., I was told they can't see any of the charges, and there is nothing they can do. This walk-in urgent care is far from "walk-in" ready. You are not allowed inside until you download the app on your smartphone, which doesn't allow you to upload your information without several emails for activation codes and passwords. Then once you go through the entire app system, you still have to check in again, give all your information in person, and then they tell you if there are available times to be seen. Kelly and Turki were great!! I went in because I was sick and within 15 minutes, Kelly had me assessed, diagnosed and I was heading to the pharmacy for my medications. Kelly does a great job of explaining everything and has a great bedside manner!! Thank you Kelly and Turki!!
Took less than a week to complete all required tests and vaccinations for immigration. Friendly and efficient... Will definitely recommend to my friends.
