I have had a truly amazing experience with Nick, one of the strength & conditioning coaches/personal trainers at Excel. He has taken the time to write detailed workout plans that cater to me as an individual, and has even gone as far as to create an entire nutrition plan to ensure my success. I was told I needed an mri and I tore my rotator cuff, Sara had the knowledge to tell me it was muscle spasms and built up knots for years....
