Absolutely terrible! I ordered an INCHEAD-P part from this company and was never informed of a 10-day lead time. I was never given any notice of this lead time even though their website had stated that this was in stock. After calling for an update on my order 9 days later, I spoke to the owner who is extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that he was going to cancel my order and that he does not want to deal with this.
