After contracting Excel to do the job, there was a need for them to return to finish up some work which took them a few months to complete. Now that they have completed the job, I have amended my review of Excel Roofing.
My experience with Excel roofing was fantastic! I can honestly say they were honest, knowledgeable, and fair. I looked all over Jacksonville for a roofer that I could trust. My experience with Excel roofing was certainly better than I expected. I had a few concerns throughout the process that was corrected right away! excel is one of the most professional companies i have had the pleasure of doing business with. great customer service before and after the completion of my roof. Scott the owner came out and did the estimate himself and answered every questions i had. his crews are very experienced and take the time to do it right and also did a great job of protecting my landscaping as well. would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof or a general contractor.

I am a USN Chief and currently deployed. I was in a bind with the insurance of my home and the age of the roof. After waiting for other companies to gather quotes I was running out of time. We experienced a lot of problems while trying to repair our roof. Three different roofers tried to repair it and were unsuccessful, it was a relief to find Scott and Excel. Scott and his crew were able to locate the source of the leak in our roof that no one else could. The job was done right the first time, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Our roof was leaking badly! After several phone calls I chose Excel Roofing. They replaced my entire roof quickly, and it was Affordable! All the contractors were very professional and prompt! Everything was done as promised and on time! They did a great job, and my new roof looks great! I would highly recommend them to Anyone!
