Tyler was extremely patient with me and the process in general. He laid out the expected approval timeline in a best case/worst case scenario. My approval was very much a ‘worst case’ scenario, but Tyler worked with my insurance company after every hurdle and kept me informed along the way. Ultimately, I got my roof fully covered thanks to Tyler’s valiant efforts. I highly recommend working with him and his team.
Working with Excel has been a great experience. Everyone we’ve talked to from start to finish has been kind, courteous, and very easy to work with. When it came to getting our roof claim approved by insurance, Excel did all of the heavy lifting for us. I filed the claim with insurance and they handled the rest. Tyler worked very hard with our insurance company to make sure we maximize our insurance benefits. I do not think anyone else would have been able to do what Tyler was able to do for us. The roof and gutters look great.
