I had a bad storm hit my house damage. My roof. I needed a new roof, my insurance company refused to replace my entire roof. Excel Roofing and restoration were amazing, Tyler and his team went over and beyond, they never gave up. They fought my insurance company for a year. Continue to show proof as we went along and finally got my roof approved to be replaced. They were super fast, super efficient and I recommend them to anyone. I was lucky enough to get a great recommendation from a friend for Excel Roofing and Restoration after a severe storm caused damage to a portion of our roof. We had the greatest experience with these guys! Our original estimate was below our deductible amount but Tyler got our full roof approved! We ended up with all new plywood, gutters & downspouts, and a patio door! Tyler and his whole team at Excel roofing/restoration we're truly amazing and got us everything we needed and more! 100/10 we recommend these guys! Their knowledge, patience, and determination is unmatched! We couldn't be more grateful!
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. It started when Jeff came to our house after a storm. He wasn't pushy and was very personable. He took his time and climbed up on our roof to do an inspection. After taking pictures, he walked me through the claims process and helped me through it step by step. I could not be more happy with this company! They fought my insurance through denial below standard deductible to full roof and siding approval. This process took several months to get the work approved because my insurance didn't want to budge. The roof and siding look incredible and the workers went the extra mile by painting the roof accessories and asking me if I would like to get new outdoor lighting for them to install, which was a detail I hadn't thought of. Would highly recommend this company!!!!
