This company did a terrible job of handling anything to do with rentals. Our home never got anything remotely fixed prior to move in and had water stains and dirty stains carpets from prior renters. Bill the agent is absolutely garbage of a person and will never get back to you on anything. They just take your money and hit you with fees at the end so they can have everything fixed for free. I would never recommend this company.
