I rented a townhouse from Excel in the past year and can say that they have been very good so far. As a professional it can be hard to find a decent rental company in this town but Excel has been wonderful. I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues (a broken ice maker and a clogged dryer vent) and both times Excel has taken care of the issues with no problems.
