I had a very disappointing experience with Jonathan, PA. After speaking with me for only about five minutes, he wanted to change an ADHD medication that has worked well for me for five years without any dose increases or issues. The first medication he recommended would have cost me approximately $200 per month, even with the savings card, and it carries a boxed warning regarding suicidal thoughts and behaviors. My family member goes here. I kept noticing they changed a strange amount for the co-pay. When I called to ask about it, first I was told it was a "2% convenience fee" so I asked convenience for what, the woman on the phone couldn't answer that question so she put me on a brief hold then told me it was for all the extra paper work. So, I asked what paperwork, meds are generic and almost all visits are virtual soooo what paper work? Jonathan Kaminar has been such a God-send to me as I work through some extremely painful events. He listens, encourages, and is REAL - for which I am most thankful. Quite honestly, the entire staff has been just as attentive and caring. I know in my heart I will see the benefits of working WITH Jonathan in my recovery. He is a blessing!
