When Dr. Timothy was there he was fantastic and I loved dealing with him. I called today to see if I could get an appointment today or tomorrow and was told because I hadn’t been seen in over 6 months I had to fill out a new patient form and wait a couple of weeks. Meanwhile I’m having a mental health emergency and needed to restart my medication. Whatever. I call another doctors office that can get me in on the same day, so I call back to ask for my OWN medical records to be sent to me and “Patty” was very rude and said I c... read more

This review is hard for me to write but I've been so disrespected by the people who work in the front or who I've spoken with on the phone that I feel I have no choice. I will try to be concise in this review. I'm a 33 year old person who is on disability for both mental and physical reasons. I've had mental health issues that increased and 2022 and subsequently was found with a brain lesion at the end of 2024. I feel this review is needed to advocate for patient rights and healthcare.
