We contracted Robert for monthly service in August. He serviced our pool and then showed up the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and left because a piece of lightweight tubing connected to a down spout on our rain gutter was in his path. We were home, I saw him look at the pool and later noticed the pool hadn't been cleaned. I called his wife Barbara and she let me know it was because of the tubing.
