I would give zero stars if I could. I had Excel Plumbing come out and inspect an issue with my kitchen line in September 2016 wherein they explained that I had a broken pipe and should have an outside access placed. I agreed to the work and then once it began and they realized how much the outside access was going to cost them for the digging portion they then stated that the line wasn't broken and stated that I should have them do a hydro jetting.
