Best Physical Therapy place in the South Bay. Excellent personal attention. I wouldn't go any other place. And one of the few that have an option for water/pool physical therapy as well as in office PT
I had to have physical therapy several times due to soccer injuries. Each time Cheryl and Maile helped me to recover from my injuries. They were patient and helped me learn how to take care of my body. I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Excel PT
I'm over the moon with Excel Physical Therapy! I can walk and my twisted foot from years of doing shows is now untwisted! Of course there is much more improvement but too numerous to mention here. I've tried numerous PT places over the years, mostly for back problems, and Excel is the best! Maile and the staff are caring, dedicated, and their exercises - some original, many Pilates-based - really work to relieve pain, build strength and increase flexibility. In addition to PT (gym and pool), they also do personal training. This is a small business with a big heart!
I would highly recommend this place to those in need of physical therapy.
I am an employee and a patient. As an employee I am always learning new exercises and information designed for each patient. Maile and Cheryl both really take the time to treat and educate each patient on methods to better their injury. As a patient I absolutely love the personal care and one on one treatment.
Maile is amazing. Real one on one care.
