Today my son won some prize money from the Buffalo Baseball Association. He was so excited, he wanted to go to Play It Again Sports right away to get a new glove he has wanted & needed. This store is a complete joke. The service there is horrible no one asked if I needed help and the boss is so rude to his workers. I went into the store for 20 mins and didn't find what I was looking for! This man should be fired the kids there could run the store better!
The service is awesome! Went there to buy ALL the needed equipment for hockey. Being new to the sport I relied on their knowledge. We got all we needed and for a great price. I had priced out many other places, and these guys had lower prices! Thanks for all your help and patience!
Wonderful customer service! Al fixed my daughter's softball glove and I was truly impressed, he is proof that there's really good people in this world, he really knows his stuff and truly cares about his customers. I will be a customer for life! Thanks Al, you're the best! =)
