CALL ANOTHER PET SERVICE! I signed a contract 2 weeks ago and have paid $650 already. I was told by their salesman, Justin, that I could call whenever I needed service and they’d come. I have a dead rat in my yard and was told that the earliest they could come is 4-1/2 days from this morning. I dearly wish I hadn’t fallen for their salesman’s pitch and had someone else. MY ADVICE IS TO CALL ANOTHER PET SERVICE!

I had a wonderful experience with John Piccinich from Excel. He was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to ensure I received the correct services I needed. I also had my kids with me, and he went out of his way to explain what all the equipment does, which they absolutely loved! Highly recommend his professionalism and warmth.
