We’ve used Excel Pest Services two times and each time, they have been wonderful to work with - responsive, easy to make an appointment, professional and prompt. Our technician, Justin, did an excellent job with a yellow jacket issue and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and that it was resolved. Highly recommend!

I've been an Excel customer for many years. Several months ago I discovered that a "River Otter" decided to make my crawlspace down at the Jersey Shore its home. This animal was the size of a very large cat/small dog. You can see it in the attached photo. I called Excel and asked for advice. They provided me several recommendations. I called the state, local animal control, my town administrative office, and several companies that claimed to deal with larger animals. No one could help me. We’ve been using Excel Pest Control for years, and Andrew is by far the best technician we’ve worked with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand and resolve our cave cricket and mouse issues. His approach was thorough, effective, and reassuring from start to finish. It’s such a relief knowing we’re in good hands, and the issues have been fully resolved since he started helping us. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone with pest control needs.
