Ron of Excel Pest Services provided exceptional service in my unit addressing an issue.
Ron was great. He came for our quarterly service and I just happened to have a bees nest high up on my roofline. Ron could have easily sent it back to his office to send someone else. With no hesitation, he took care of the nest. Between my own personal home, my mom’s house and rental properties, Excel handles them all.
They came to deal with a Yellowjacket nest, sprayed for a short time, and left. There are still tons of yellowjackets, and the large nest was not removed.
Recently requested for a hornet nest removal. Justin came and was very professional. Explained the process and the time it takes for the removal. Overall, the service was very good.
