We’ve been using Excel Pest Control for years, and Andrew is by far the best technician we’ve worked with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand and resolve our cave cricket and mouse issues. His approach was thorough, effective, and reassuring from start to finish. It’s such a relief knowing we’re in good hands, and the issues have been fully resolved since he started helping us. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone with pest control needs.

My pest control technician, Rodney, is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Beyond that, he is a genuinely kind and professional gentleman who consistently goes the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of. He even thoughtfully puts on shoe covers whenever requested, which we greatly appreciate. Excel Pest Services has been excellent overall, and we feel very fortunate to have Rodney as our technician.
