Terrible service. I had an appointment from between 1-5 today. I called at 3:40 to see if the technician was coming and they said they would call him and make sure he called me on his way there. By 4:50 I had not received a call and called back to see what happened. They said the tech was running behind and would be here by 6 and would call on his way. It is 6:20 and the tech never call and has still not arrived. Terrible service.
The exterminator who services my property at 2185 lemoine ave fort Lee, is amazing. Jack always goes above and beyond every time he comes by. Super thorough, professional, and really cares about doing a great job. You can tell he takes pride in his work. The service is always excellent — definitely one of the best I’ve worked with. Highly recommend!
