Service tech Mike Moran was excellent - very knowledgeable and patient. He explained what was going on, what his recommendations were to resolve, and did it in a no pressure way. They were able to come quickly and address our problems before it got worse. So far it has been a very good experience and I would recommend them
We’ve had both Omar and Thomas of “Excel Pest Services” . Omar came today and totally gave us the “royal treatment”. It was a true pleasure, truly awesome experience with him and Excel. Everything was on point, services, communications skills, professionalism, advice and know how. Thomas is truly on top of his game and id highly recommend him and the company that he represents. Omar was through and knew his stuff! He did a lot for us and we certainly experienced value today.
