Josh made an unpleasant task pleasant! He was friendly, thorough, and emits pride in his trade. He was here on one of the hottest days of the summer, yet showed zero signs of "quit" or complaining- which would have been completely understandable! He communicated well with my husband in terms of identifying yellow jackets and when the area would be safe after he sprayed. These guys keep away the BUGS! I have found them to be very professional and courteous.. The lady on the phone is SUPER nice.. love them all the way!
