My client had her home treated for active termites. They only dug the trenches in the grass and did not treat the patio, driveway or front patio in contact with the home. When I called to ask them about this, Charlie was SOOOOO rude!!! RUN RUN RUN. They may be inexpensive but that is WHY! Tim is outstanding. Yesterday, he removed a 10lb possum from an interior wall of my home. It was lodged in a tight space, so he had to use a rope, a large spade shovel, and 2 extended reach grabbers (all while holding a flashlight in his mouth) to extract it. But he made it look easy! God bless this man; it was the most awful home maintenance experience of my life. I will be calling him in the future for all of my pest control needs. THANK YOU, TIM!
