I have been going to Epic Excel Pain Consultants for almost 3 years now and all the staff is very nice.friendly. professional. and they make you feel listened to and that they care about you. And I would definally recommend them to anyone who needs pain management.
I get gel shots, for my knees, and the rain causes excruciating pain… the gel shots give me at least 20% relief… and I have days that I can barely walk… Jenna, the PA, is so nice and very caring… and Dr Muhammad Arif and all of the office staff are, as well…Carrie, Vicki, Cindy, & Jen… They Truly go out of their way, for each patient, and Jenna suggests procedures and options that most pain specialists do Not even consider! I love coming into this office. I can be down and out and depressed when i get there but once i see the office staff they makes me happy. I’ve never felt such a bond with a practice or provider. The staff Khiry, Vicki, Jennifer and Cindy are all nice and compassionate. The provider Jenna treats like family and really listens to your problems and concern. I love them all! I recommend everyone to come see Jenna at Excel Pain Consultants.
My first appointment was 8/28/25 and my husband had taken the day off work to take me to my 1:45pm appointment. They’d called me at 11:31am and I was unable to get the call and they left no message. I arrived fifteen minutes early to check in and called to make sure I was at the right place.
