I would highly recommend Excel. I have gone there for sciatica, a broken shoulder and currently for mild arthritis. They are polite,courteous, and above all extremely clean! Kudos to my therapist James who I look forward to seeing every time I go and all of the staff who assist. They have made each and every session fun and so effective!
Frankly, I don't know how PT could be any better. I have used Excel (Ivy) Physical Therapy in Montvale twice in the past couple years: once for post-surgery rehab and, currently, for working on a challenging shoulder issue from a skiing accident decades ago. Shane was amazing. The whole staff is really welcoming. Building relationships with all their clients. As a patient, I felt not only treated by Shane but it made a really painful experience into something I even looked forward to throughout the weeks of recovery.
I have been going to physical therapy 2 to 3 times a week since September, when I got surgery for my ACL. My recovery has been great! Dardan and Trudy have treated me with much care and support, along with the PT aides, Tenny, Emily, and Mike. The staff is very caring, and I highly recommend!
