Patient care should be the main focus, however, worker's comp insurance companies are prioritized with this office. Horrible experience. Absolutely would not recommend Dr. Lenzar to any family, friends, co-worker and or associates.
Best experience ever! I slipped, fell on black ice and broke my wrist at work in January. It was my first (hopefully only) work comp claim. I could not have asked for a better Doctor, Surgeon or Team. The staff at Excel Orthopedic in Chesterfield was so kind, helpful and friendly Dr. Lenarz got me in right away, spoke to me as a human, was kind, explained everything. DO NOT GO HERE. it’s a money grab, they have multiple locations with inadequate service. they do not care about the patients their only concern is money. Multiple providers don’t take insurance of any kind and unorganized with horrible communication. They will probably sell to a big health corporation in the next few years they only want profit.
