I had a great experience with this orthopedic office. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. Dr. Melander was knowledgeable, took the time to explain my fracture in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I left the appointment feeling informed and confident about my treatment plan. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
Patient care should be the main focus, however, worker's comp insurance companies are prioritized with this office. Horrible experience. Absolutely would not recommend Dr. Lenzar to any family, friends, co-worker and or associates.
Best experience ever! I slipped, fell on black ice and broke my wrist at work in January. It was my first (hopefully only) work comp claim. I could not have asked for a better Doctor, Surgeon or Team. The staff at Excel Orthopedic in Chesterfield was so kind, helpful and friendly Dr. Lenarz got me in right away, spoke to me as a human, was kind, explained everything.
