Don’t waste your money here! I’ve been coming for years for simple French tip pedicures, usually with Jay, but sometimes with others if he's busy. Last week I got a refill set, which was okay. This week, I went in to fix a toenail that fell off. I politely explained the issue, but was told to wait while they took someone behind me. When I asked if anyone could fix it, I was told to find the person who did my nails—even though I was never given a name. WORST PLACE EVER WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!! Went to do my eyebrows yesterday and now my eyes are shut close , swollen like ive never seen before . They are rude and insensitive with peoples time . No point in making an appointment they are never on time will have you waiting for hours.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. I had my nails done on a Monday, and just a couple of days later, one of them snapped in half. I called the salon later that day and was told they would fix it free of charge. They even said they would leave a note with my name. When I came in the next morning, they suddenly told me there would be a $5 charge.
