Excel was and is still a nice place . But because of the lack of professional equipment and service like example : hot towel , sugar scrub . I know people wouldn’t be coming . But also because of how cheap the price they are offering makes a big difference. All those bad reviews are un excepted. You all should know how much died skin you had underneath those toes . And should appreciate what the tried to do. If you don’t like it then go to a high end salon.
Tina is amazing at doing my eyebrows. I’ve been going to her for years and only trust her to do my eyebrows. I’ve never had a problem and her customer service is excellent.

Excellent service, didn't wait long and the staff was friendly
Wasted my money and got a pedi and did my nails here. Not even 1 week and they’re peeling off. I don’t cook, wash or work since I did my nails. They look so horrible.
