Terrible patient handling. I submitted my Dr's imaging (multiple) requests per email. No response. Called to follow up, and was told that wasn't their problem, that scheduling doesn't have anything to do with emails, and she didn't know who did. These people act as though they are doing you a favor by agreeing to see you. They are short and relatively rude when you finally get into the imaging. No thanks. There's plenty of other providers that offer these services without the attitude.
