I have used Excel Mechanical in the past and had an acceptable level of service, depending on the tech. However, today I was extremely disappointed in their lack of follow through and communication. I was told that my facility would be a priority since it is healthcare and that someone would be out today. I received no phone call and found out at 4:00 that no one showed up.
