I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My partner was recently calling about an A/C unit under their contract and was rudely hung up on and ignored by someone named “Kelly” . Keep in mind this company has taken over a MONTH to fix our A/C in the middle of summer. They have the most laziest technicians that aren’t knowledgeable what so ever, I would definitely find another company to contact your A/C repairs through, Because they will definitely leave you in 90 degree weather with zero response or customer service. I have used Excel Mechanical in the past and had an acceptable level of service, depending on the tech. However, today I was extremely disappointed in their lack of follow through and communication. I was told that my facility would be a priority since it is healthcare and that someone would be out today. I received no phone call and found out at 4:00 that no one showed up.
