First off I have had discussions with the city of chino hills where I live about these guys. They have cut MY IWN PLANTS ON MY PROPERTY, on more than one occasion, even killing several plants. They did not have my permission in any way at any time. Specifically the jasmine I have growing and covering my back fence. This has taken 20 years to grow and fill in! They destroy it in seconds. Really appreciate the quick help from Excellandscape. I reached out to them about some overgrown weeds and trash near my house in Murrieta, and they got it taken care of fast. The area looks so much better now. Super thankful for how responsive and professional they were. Nice to see a company that actually follows through!
This company is horrible! The county uses them for maintenance on landscaping but they have no supervision and no training on how to do a job correctly. I have contacted them about issues and no one ever responds back.
