Excellent Service – Especially from Rick Roberts! I’ve had my Excel home for almost two years now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. Recently, I noticed some noise coming from the floor when walking. Although the standard warranty had already expired, Rick Roberts, our Warranty Specialist, went above and beyond to help. We are currently building a duplex with Excel Homes, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. We’ve invested over half a million dollars into this property, and what we’ve received in return is unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and extremely poor customer service.
