Thank you to the Airdrie team-Jasmyn and Simran along with Kevin and Simon who made our forever home build from start to finish a very smooth and memorable one. We have built 2 houses here in Airdrie both with different builders and we've had the best experience with Excel. We highly recommend them 100%

Excellent Service – Especially from Rick Roberts! I’ve had my Excel home for almost two years now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. Recently, I noticed some noise coming from the floor when walking. Although the standard warranty had already expired, Rick Roberts, our Warranty Specialist, went above and beyond to help. He informed me that the issue might still be covered under the subcontractor’s extended warranty and took the initiative to contact them on my behalf.
