Terrible customer service! My mom who is 75 and is on oxygen because of copd and it's hot summer is told can't find your file and not sure when they can come out to fix her broken system.

I have used Excel heating and air a couple of times, and have received very good service from them.
Poor work. Borrowed tools and materials from me. The tray install was a joke. I had to go into the attic and instruct the job.
